Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ArchAI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The service

ArchAI ("we", "us") generates AI-based habit blueprints and provides daily habit tracking for a target person or goal you choose. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including that AI-generated content is accurate, safe, or appropriate for your specific health, fitness, financial, or career situation. ArchAI is not a substitute for professional medical, financial, or career advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on guidance that could affect your health, finances, or wellbeing.

2. Subscription & billing

Your first target — its blueprint, daily tracking on Today and Dashboard, streaks, mood, and insights — is free, forever. A paid subscription ($9/month or $35/year through LemonSqueezy) unlocks tracking more than one target at once, full schedule customization, adaptive replanning beyond a free trial amount, unlimited Coach conversations, and phase 2 and beyond of your blueprint. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime from your Profile, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to enter a binding contract to subscribe. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile, which permanently erases your associated data (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Acceptable use

Don't use ArchAI to generate content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights, and don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArchAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and where appropriate we'll notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the courts of Uzbekistan.
